We're Hiring!

We are seeking full and part time passionate individuals to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have previous baking or food industry experience and desire to grow within the company, but we are willing to train the perfect applicant.  Required is a love of bagels, a sense of urgency while working, ability to work well within a team, and an interest in local organic sustainable food.  We have a very open kitchen concept with little separation between FOH and BOH so you will be required to switch between the two when needed. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Mixing and shaping bagels
  • Boiling and baking bagels
  • Food prep and sandwich and pizza making
  • Attending farmer’s markets, pop-ups, and food festivals
  • Working the register
  • Opening and closing the cash drawer
  • Managing a crew of 2-6 others if advancing into a lead role
